PLEASE NOTE:   Returns will only be accepted with prior notification.  You MUST contact
us before returning to obtain authorization.  If you do not contact us, the delivery will be
refused and sent back to you.  In addition, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that all returns
be insured for the full purchase price.  Refunds are reliant on the cabinet arriving to us in
100% salable condition.  If it does not, no refund will be issued and it will be your
responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company.  There are absolutely no returns
on custom, bulk, discounted or clearance sales.

***If purchasing during one of our "Free Shipping" sales, your return will be subject to a
10% restocking fee to cover our shipping, handling and packaging costs.

****Sales to Hawaii, Alaska or Canada will be subject to the 10% restocking fee as well
as forfeiting all shipping surcharges.

*****Modifying a unit automatically voids all Return Policies and Warranties.

******Units that have been installed (as evidenced by markings in the mounting screw
holes) will be subject to an additional $75 restocking fee (in addition to the 10%).  This
is because once the unit has been installed it must be sold as "used."
