Within 30 days of receiving your recessed Concealed Cabinet, wall-mount Picture Perfect Medicine Cabinet, or other Fox Hollow Furnishings home storage product, you may return or exchange it for any reason for a full refund of the purchase price (less all shipping charges).
Please note: Whether you buy directly from us or on one of the major shopping sites, the Fox Hollow Furnishings team handles your sale, and our return policy is the exact same everywhere. Please consider buying directly from us so that we can eliminate the middle man and give you the best possible service. Thank you.
Some conditions apply - see below for details
- Does not apply to custom orders, bulk sales, discounted or clearance merchandise.
- Customer is always responsible for return shipping costs.
- If purchasing during one of our "Free Shipping" sales, your return will be subject to a 10% restocking fee to help cover our shipping, handling and packaging costs.
- Sales to Hawaii, Alaska or Canada will be subject to the 10% restocking fee as well as forfeiting all shipping surcharges.
- Modifying a unit automatically voids all Return Policies and Warranties.
- Units that have been installed (as evidenced by markings in the mounting screw holes) will be subject to an additional $75 restocking fee (in addition to the 10%). This is because once the unit has been installed it must be sold as "used."
- Returns from our "Accessories" category will be subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover the costs of repackaging and handling. In addition, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred by us.
- All returns must be received within 30 days of authorization. Returns received outside of the 30 day window will not be returned or refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: Returns will only be accepted with prior notification. You MUST contact us before returning to obtain authorization. If you do not contact us, the delivery will be refused and sent back to you. In addition, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that all returns be insured for the full purchase price. Refunds are reliant on the cabinet arriving to us in 100% salable condition. If it does not, no refund will be issued and it will be your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company. There are absolutely no returns on custom, bulk, discounted or clearance sales.
